Winter Rates at Memory Lane Vacations

• Total fees for the original number of persons on the reservation will be charged. No refunds.
• Same price structure for the Studio and the Cozy Country Home.
• 35% deposit required to hold your reservation.
• No refunds for cancellations unless we are able to fill the vacancy.
• 9% sales tax will be added to the studio and/or campers only.

Studio Rental, fully furnished & linens, comfortably sleeps 6, kitchen, bath, Direct TV, A/C, deck, hot tub. Mobile Home priced the same	$115.00 per night double occupancy weeknights (Monday to Thursday nights) $30.00 per person additional/per night
